Rocky's grandpa Lamar passed away a few weeks ago, and I just had to document how special the day was. First of all a little background; Every year Rocky's grandparents gave them a
balloon for how old they were, and in these balloons there was money. So every year the
grandkids would be so excited to pop their
balloons to see how much money was in them. I was so
grateful that
Tayton had this experience for his first birthday, it was so special! I loved the Pace grandparents (Barbra and Lamar) and I'm
positive that Lamar had an amazing reunion with his dear wife! He was the hardest worker I had ever seen, clear up till the last weeks he was riding his
four wheeler around on the farm turning water off and other duties that had to be done. Lamar you will be missed, but we know your happy and pain free:)

All the
grand kids and great
grand kids had a
balloon with a special message to their grandpa. It was so precious! Here
Tayt is not wanting to let go of his
balloon
Another neat thing they did was took his casket to the
cemetery on the tractor. I'm sure Lamar loved that final ride on his tractor. Here are all the
grand kids/great
grand kids on the tractor.
Tayt is on the front right row, wanting down as usual.

I'm not a big picture taker at funerals,
in fact I have never done it but I just thought this was so special and neat that I had to document it.
